Introduction

Winter is almost over, but I wanted to share some of its highlights before we move into spring.  It is a dark and cold time for many of us, yet it too has value in our lives.

This time, you can read the newsletter and see my pictures directly from my website.  Plus, I am updating my e-mail list, so you can subscribe from the website to keep receiving the newsletters.  After the next newsletter, if you do not subscribe, you will be automatically removed from the list. Future newsletters will continue to update you on our family, natural medicine, classes, retreats, and philosophies.  I would love your thoughts about the kinds of things you would like to know.  What information would benefit you most?  I greatly appreciate your feedback and support.   I wish you much health and happiness!
